It's taken me awhile to get back to you after receiving my set of cat nappers- they are a PERFECT fit for my window area.
They are gorgeous, well-made, and always in use! I have just ordered some stairs from you because it's vital that they be sturdy andwell-made; one tip-over and the cats won't go near it again.
Also, I have to tell you I have purchased a lot of cat trees, and you have pretty incredible pricing, especially for the quality. That's another reason why I went to you for the pet-stairs.
Anyway- here's Mimi- giving her new tree a workout!!

I don't know if you remember me, but last fall you sold me a number of pet towers. (4 total). I told you it was for my two elderly guys...to bring
joy into their geriatric years. Well...they enjoyed them TREMENDOUSLY throughout the winter. Come spring my one sweet baby was diagnosed
as diabetic (and thank the Lord was treated JUST in the nick of time before major organ damage) and the other, the one who I referred to as my "heart" on 4 paws became totally blind& deaf (sudden High blood
pressure due to a thryoid malfunction -lost both senses in a day) and with skin cancer. It's been a long hard battle and this morning we returned
him into the arms of Jesus. I just wanted to let you know the JOY and protection your towers offered him. After he lost his sight & hearing, he still knew how to find the bottom shelf and roosted there frequently.
I can't even talk about it, it hurts so badly. I did want you to know, however, that you made the life of one of God's most precious fuzzy little angel tolerable when all else was pain. I'm sure he's now meowing your praises to our precious Savior!)

God Bless YOU Always for this. I feel like I'll never fill the volleyball sized hole in my chest, but knowing that by your help and graciousness (not to mention technical mastery) we gave him what I'd hoped for....some very treasured moments in his last days with us.

November 4, 2007- Multiple Purchase

Hi, Eric! I've been out of town with my oldest grandchild this week, but my daughter was here daily checking on my girls. She was able to bring in the last piece of "furniture." When I got home from the airport, one was sitting on one piece, and the other had laid claim to one of the others. I guess we've marked our spots.

Thanks for your email regarding the Cozy Corner Cat Condo I ordered just last night. Such personal attention is only one benefit of your TOP-NOTCH enterprise! I wish I had more time to detail how truly impressed I've been with every aspect of your company, but it's my daughter's birthday! So will write again soon.

Just have to tell you our first Feline Fanatics piece arrived yesterday, the Colossal Deluxe Cat Perch. All I can say is WOW! I admit my expectations were high. Even they were exceeded...without a doubt the sturdiest, most impeccably-made cat furniture we've ever had!! And with 23 cats, you know we've had a lot! When I opened the box, I was amazed at the size of the huge top bed - big enough for all four of my ex-ferals who like to sleep in one big intertwined heap. This furniture is rock solid & the wrap-around carpet applied with obvious skill and patience. My kitties are lovin it (pictures coming). August 12, 2007- Quad Level Cat Tower

I'm sorry this thank you is so late in coming. I ordered the Quad Level Corner Cat Tower for my Himalayan cat, Newman. He just loves it. Sometimes he will sit on the top level for 6 hours at a time. When it arrived he was on it immediately. I don't think he could have had a better present because he always wanted so badly to look out the window. He adores the Tower.

July 25, 2007 - Lazy Cat's Dream/Half Spiral Cat Tree -Update

Eric,

Just had to let you know that your Cat Tree is super tough. My grandson (who is nearly 7 years old and 59 pounds and knows better!!) climbed on Pixie's Cat Tree!! Then my granddaughter thought she could get on it too she is nearly 9 and a few pounds heavier than the grandson)... fortunately we caught them before they broke it! Thank heavens you make them so well!!

Otherwise Pixie would be without a cat tree house to play on. She really enjoys the Tree and the window Seat. And it's so cute to see my littlest Poodle sitting or standing in the seat and peering out the window at me...LOL. I promise to get photos - I'm just slow about such things.

July 18, 2007 - Lazy Cat's Dream/Half Spiral Cat Tree

Hi Eric,

The second one arrived today. The play tower (can't remember the correct name) and I rushed it straight home from work. I called Pixie down and when I left she was sitting up on top and checking it out. Will have to write to you later about how she likes it. I'm sure she will love it. You do excellent work on these.

Even my Hubby noticed that Pixie just LOVED her seat last night. He couldn't believe it. His exact first words to me were "Paula you sure made one kitty very happy today." He is always saying "I could build that." BUT he is so busy and so rushed for time that I hate to ask him to. And then I also know that the quality of his as compared to yours, would have been way less. I wanted something very nice for Pixie and for us to look at and you've given me just that

. It makes a difference when you take you time to build something and you can tell you take pride in your work. I am bad about taking photos but I will sure get a few and pop them off to you. Even De'ja Vu, my littlest Poodle and Pixie's most favorite pal in all the world, was on the window seat wrestling with Pixie. So cute!!

I'm at work so I better rush off! Thanks for the great pieces of cat art!

June 09, 2007 - Lazy Cat's Dream

Eric,
We received the Lazy Cat's Dream perch Thursday, 6/7/07. They took to it immediately. It replaced a simple cylindrical condo that only one cat could lounge on. The perch is in front of a window overlooking our backyard with bird feeders and a hummingbird feeder hung from the window. Attached are some pictures of Jasper (gray male) and Willow (tabby female) enjoying their new perch.

I just wanted to let all of your potential customers know how truly satisfied I am with your product.

I recently purchased a new condo (for me) and, unfortunately, my cat condo didn't survive the move. Keep in mind, I paid about $120.00 for that one! I was shopping around for a new one and I quickly realized that, unless you're willing to settle for something that is not exactly what you want, the major chains have very little selection. This includes the fact that they are overpriced and poorly made. I looked at numerous condos and I knew what could cause problems. The carpet would easily lift, the staples were showing and they were the most hideous colors.

I spent about 10 days shopping online and comparing my options and prices. Even still, I couldn't find what I wanted. How sad. I don't have a creative bone in my body but I've always owned cats. I had better ideas than what I saw online.

I was very happy when I found your site. The price was right and, with the free shipping promotion, everything sounded great! Even if those options weren't available, I still would have purchased from you because your site had the best selection. Upon ordering, I waited patiently (at least, I tried) for the delivery to my Mom's house. She called me at work to tell me that she was jealous because it looked so much better than hers. When I took it to my own house, my cat couldn't even wait for me to get it out of the box. I immediately checked it for visible staples or carpet gaps and there were none. Very high quality!

She immediately jumped on it and has been practically living on it ever since! She has a great view out the window and she just relaxes with her arms crossed (I know!). I have to call her name 3-4 times before she'll jump out of it.

I train new hires at a large shipping company and I have been using this experience as an example of excellent customer service. Keep up the good work. Thank you very much! - Jaime Hesek

 

March 23, 2007 - Deluxe Half Spiral Tree

Just wanted to let you know I received the Deluxe Half Spiral Cat Tree today and I'm very pleased with it. It's SO well-made, it puts the cheap tree I got last year to shame! (It also props the thing up, so the cats can still use it!) My 3-year-old calico, Minnie, went nuts all over the new tree even before I got it set in the right place--I moved it into position with
her in the perch. :D My 1-year-old orange kitty, Leona, the one with the gimpy hind leg, for whom I bought this stair-step-type tree, hasn't explored it yet, but she's cautious & prefers to study things
first (she used to be feral). I'm sure she'll love being able to get some altitude for a change!

Thanks a lot for a great tree. I'll send some photos of the "kids" on it soon. :) And as soon as I can, I'll be ordering another tree to use as a window perch!

Yes, I just couldn't resist another perch! My kitties are constantly using the ones I've got from you so far. It gives me so much joy to see them playing and resting on them. Thank you so much for designing them and crafting them!

Stay safe in the snow. If it is any consolation, I miss the snow sometimes. It gets terribly hot here; I'm from SD originally. My husband wanted to retire here. I drive a school bus as my "retirement" job. The benefits are good and the pay, well, that goes toward your kitty furniture. haha

December 14, 2006 - 47 inch Quad-Level Cat Tower

Hi Eric,

Just a note to let you know that I received my cat tower a few days ago and it looks great. :) I've already left positive feedback for you on eBay, but I wanted to send you a note with more detail. I figure that detailed feedback probably helps you produce great designs -- and of course everyone likes to hear some appreciation for their work!.

The felines definitely liked the tower right away. One of them jumped onto the top perch before the tower was even completely out of the box. In fact, I had to slide the tower from the living room into my office with the cat still sitting on it because he refused to get down while I moved it! My other kitty is snoozing on the middle shelf right now as I type this. So that's two paws up for cat satisfaction. :)

I'm very pleased with this item as well and I expect that it will last for a long time. It feels very solid, well-balanced and hard to tip, so I feel confident that the cats won't knock it over (which has definitely happened with flimsier trees and scratching posts in the past). Nice size too -- it doesn't take up too much floor space, but the shelves are big enough for my oversized cats (one Large Kitty and one Extra-Extra-Huge Cat-zilla). It's also handy that I don't have to assemble it!

I really appreciate the fact that the shelves are carpeted on the undersides as well as on top and that the whole tower seems to have been made with care and attention to detail. The last piece of cat furniture I bought was higher priced and isn't *nearly* as well-made -- the platforms have uncovered wood on the bottom which is starting to get splintered, and the workmanship is just generally shoddy. (I actually cut my hand when I was bringing my other cat tree home from Petco because there were several random nails poking out -- some just a little bit and a couple under the shelves sticking out two or three inches!)

Anyway, the piece I bought from you looks like high-quality furniture that's built to last, just as you described. I will definitely keep you in mind for future shopping and/or recommendations to friends. :)

In fact, speaking of future purchases, I'd like to ask you about a possible custom piece. I'm not looking to buy it immediately (money's going to be tight during the holidays etc.) but it's something that I might like to order in the future if you could make it for me -- and it might be an idea that would appeal to some of your other customers too! I've written up a description of what I have in mind and will send it along in a separate email. When you have a chance, maybe you can let me know what you think.

Also, I see if I can get some pictures of the kitties looking cute and comfy on their tower. If I can get a couple of cute shots, I'll send those along as well.

November 09, 2006 - Tri Level Cat Tower

Tower Arrived and was able to uncrate it yesterday! It makes a fine addition. I put it next to the other with the cat steps on TOP of my coffee table. It's so neat! All of them were on it on some level,
only when lights went out last night, there was some major complaining going on....I went into that room to see what the problem was....seems they ALL want a top shelf! OH, these guys! I ended up kicking them
out of the room and shutting the door. Will try again today. Couldn't let that go on unsupervised...would have had to get up all night to break it up!
Today, we'll all try again and see if they can be a bit more gracious (I know, not in the feline dictionary). The great BIG guy was actually up there and lounging with his belly on the top platform and ALL of the rest of him hanging off. And he was sound asleep - oblivious to the 3 stooges act that was going on around him. Gotta love that cat! He knows where
to put his priorities.

Well, hopefully, they'll learn to share the top shelf
and the window, but one thing for sure, they'll be
getting workout in the process!

Just wanted to tell you I received the cat perch & it's wonderful. It really is a VERY well made thing - I appreciate your craftsmanship! I wish it were about another 8-12" taller, but otherwise it's absolutely perfect. (and you can't have everything!) Anyway, my boys (all 3) have already all tried it out - the best thing is that 2 of my feline friends are huge (about 20 lbs. ea) so having something that's big enough for them to actually fit on can be a challenge - this is definitely big enough! Received the cat perch and my boys absolutely love it. I am impressed as well by the design and the quality. Since the moment we took it out of the box and placed it in the front window, one has been stretched out on the top shelf and the other on the bottom shelf---something I thought I would never see. They get along, but do not hang out together. And, now everynight when I get home, there they are stretched out in the sun. In fact, my Pixie-bob only leaves when fresh food is out. Love the color as well. Thank you so much--it is fantastic!!

Received the cat tower yesterday.  We all are extremely pleased with it, especially the cats.  They knew it was for them when it came out of the box. Right now it is sitting in the foyer and the cats are using it.  The planned spot is in a sun room, in a windowed corner.  (we need to rearrange a dog crate which the cats are now using as their look out.)

I must compliment you on your workmanship -- it is impecable and extraordinarily well crafted.  I love the color of the rug.
