This rock solid 40 pound cat perch is multi featured with 3 levels of playing area. Stands approx. 25 inches tall. This cat perch is great for a window perch since it could easily take up the entire window space.

Plenty of napping spaces or playing room, as you can tell here with "Morpheus" fully stretched out in the cat bed, he looks like he could have a couple of friends up for a slumber party!

Fantastic for cats of all ages, from the most energetic to the older or more lazy felines.

The most obvious part of this cat perch is the huge 23x19 inch cat bed on top. This is one of the largest cat beds available in the market for a piece of cat furniture!

The 2 1/2 inch high framing on sides and back adds a sense of security and added comfort.

The cradle below is 19x12 inches, also having 2 1/2 inch rails on sides, providing enough space for another napping spot or a good place to create mischief for whoever is on the perch above!

Starting from the bottom up, the base of this piece of cat furniture is 24x19 inches with 2 - 20 inch 4x4 scratching posts.

One post wrapped entirely in 100% natural fiber sisal rope and the other fully carpeted.
