	Our newest release, the Cozy Corner Cat Gym-Condo! This condo's interior and upper perch have more space than our Kitty Hotel Cat Condo! This rock solid 45 pound cat condo is multi featured with 3 levels of playing area. Stands 37 inches tall. Compact, not taking up much space, this cat gym is great for corner placement. Fantastic for cats of all ages, from the most energetic to the older or more lazy felines. Plenty of napping spaces or playing room!
Starting from the bottom up, the base of this unit is an 18x18 inch condo with 12 inches between floor and ceiling. Huge amount of space inside for two cats to curl up in and be cozy since it has a fully carpeted interior. Could even be used for expecting mothers, lining the interior with diaper pads or an old towel etc.. She would feel very secure with her litter while not being cramped up. Her kittens would have tons of fun as they get older on this cat gym!
	The second level has 3 - 20 inch tall 2x4 scratching posts, two of which are tightly wrapped in 100% natural fiber sisal rope. Having both sisal and one carpeted scratching post, you have a much better chance of saving your furniture. Multiple posts extends the life of the cat gym as well. Of course, the braided sisal knot toy adds quite a bit of amusement too!
The third level is an 18x18 inch cat perch or bed with 2 1/2 inch framing for security and added comfort. One corner is cut out in the front for easier access without taking away from the ample laying area. Plenty of room to stretch out and start napping!
